Ninety minutes, and a plan to take away.

$125, at your home, travel included. Thirty minutes of listening and assessment, sixty of focused bodywork.

This is where I recommend starting, and the reason is that I cannot build you a treatment plan from a booking form. The first half hour is where I find out what your body has been doing, what it has been compensating for, and which way of working actually fits. The hour after that is the work itself.

You leave with the plan: what I found, what I recommend, and the order I would do it in. Whether you book anything else is a separate decision, and it is yours. If you would rather skip the assessment and simply have a session, that is on the booking page and you are welcome to it.

What to have ready. Floor space roughly the size of a parked car, a power outlet within reach, and about fifteen minutes of quiet after we finish before you go back to your day.

What I bring. Table, sheets, bolsters, oils, and music. You provide the room.

Where I work. Inside Maryland, within about an hour of Havre de Grace. My license draws that line and I keep to it.

Would rather go straight to a session? Book a single session instead, 90 or 120 minutes.

The intake arrives by email.

A confirmation comes from the calendar, and a separate note comes from me with the intake form. Filling it in beforehand converts the first half hour from paperwork into assessment, which is the half hour you are actually paying for.
